The “Fat Boy”

Many of us reach a point in our lives where we have to admit that our life has become unmanageable and although we keep telling ourselves that we can do it alone, we know, deep inside that this is simply not true.  Whether we have the faith to reach to deity, or not, there is empowerment from associating ourselves with other people, who, like us, are facing (or have faced) similar challenges.  fatBOY is a “role”, and one that we hope will be around for generations.   So don’t be confused by  the progress reports as the voice of the fatBOY may change from time to time from one fatBOY to another – and as the club grows, we may enlist others to help us provide better information by finding folks who can widen and further our reach.  The fatBOY is not a single person, it’s an idea, a representation of the “Fit Within”.  I would hope that all of you will start your very own fatBOY blog to share your very own success story.
